The EVO Countdown/I GOT MINE!! Thread!

Alright guys, we're almost there! The goal is to keep this thread going at least at the top of every hour. Post how long it will be until you get your EVO and where you are getting it from. Then when you get it, take a picture walking out of the store with your EVO while holding the box so we can all celebrate! :D And I know I didn't start the thread at the top of an hour but I just woke up and I have to go to work soon :p.

So I'll kick it off!

I'll be getting my EVO 4G at 7:00am CST which is in 23 hours and 20 minutes at a Radio Shack in Arlington, TX! WOOOOOO!!!
 
It is 1 day, 4 hours, 22 minutes and 23 seconds until Friday, June 4, 2010 at 10:00:00 AM (Los Angeles time)
 
My appointment is at 6:00 pm at Best Buy......about 22 hours to go as I'm typing this. Being the obsessive person that I am, I had to call Best Buy last night to make sure that everything was still on for the Friday release of the phone. The lady I spoke with assured me that everything was good to go! :)
 
Lol! I did the EXACT same thing! YOu and I even have the same "appointment time" Lol. Im getting mine from a BB mobile.

How shitty is this. I get off work at 0600 CST on Friday morning, but I'm letting my brother get on my Sprint account to take advantage of my discount, and he doesn't get done with work till 1700, so I have to sweat it out until he gets home, and then get to BB in Brooklyn Center, MN to get our EVO's at 1830. Not cool.
 
Just got my call from Radio Shack to set up an appointment. 8:00 AM, which is later than I would like, but probably a more realistic time for me to actually wake and get there (I'm excited for the Evo, but there is NOTHING I like more than sleep!), so I'm working on about 20 hours as I write this.

The guy said "Obviously I can't sell it to you until tomorrow..." Maybe it was wishful thinking, but I could have swore I heard the guy going "wink wink"
 
In 18h34m I will be ATTEMPTING to get one via Sprint.com for my Dad, who had no idea about this phone until a week ago and has arbitrarily decided he needs it and will undoubtedly NOT use it to it's full potential. I can already picture all the "I hate this f***ing keyboard!" phone calls now..
 
I'll be getting my E.V.O at 4:30 PCST which is about 45 minutes after I get off of work. I thought about taking the day off but decided it wouldnt be best.
 
wow I thought I was being a goober about anticipation for the phone, but this takes the cake lol.

T-minus 18.5 hours - haha

Just got my call from Best Buy, my appt. time is for 7:30 AM. They even gave me the person's name who I am supposed to "see" :D

pretty excited, to say the least.
