Help The Keyboard

Is it just me or are the keys a little too much on the skinny side? I am coming from an iPhone 3G and I found it much easier to type on that. I predominately type in portrait mode and I find myself having trouble with this keyboard, especially when it comes to the spacebar. This is a huge surprise actually. I was expecting it to be significantly easier because of the screen size, but it just isn't.

Maybe I just need to get more used to it. However, if this problem continues I think I'll have to return the phone because messaging and email are two of the biggest things for me. Can I download any other keyboard that have fatter keys? I tried Swiftkey which didn't really help. Does anyone have better keyboard on their Droid X? How is that?

Try Better Keyboard. There's a free beta available through the end of the month. The buttons are bigger and make it easier for me to type.

Love the x keyboard on my dinc. I can't wait for blindtype!

I use big button keyboard its free the only draw back is no predictive text or spell correction but the keys are very big and easy to type on.
