hey all. don't know if this was answered. checked around and there were similar questions. is it possible to have my texts on vibrate and have a ringtone for the phone? if not, does anyone know of an app for this? as you can probably see, this is my first smart phone. i am from the old mindset of phone = calling people. pda = carrying information. mp3 player = music. then realized that you can't carry 900 lbs of tech stuff in the pockets of your suit. i have finally achieved the 20th century, 12 years into the 21st. thanks for your help everybody and for not making too much fun of me.

Well, I'm going to attempt to help out. (Don't have a Rezound and I know Sense adds a bit to stock apps). When you're in the text messaging app, go to Settings -> Notifications -> Ringtone and select Silent. Make sure you have it checked off for "Vibrate".
For the phone ring, from the home screen go into Menu -> Settings -> Sound and don't check off to vibrate.
If any Rezound owners out there have better instructions, please help out the OP.

so basically you want your phone to vibrate for incoming text?

Go into settings in your text message app and you should be able to turn it on.

Setting>sound>check vibrate>now hit "volume">uncheck use call volume for notifications>turn notification volume to zero and ringtone volume to where you like it.
