The LG G Pro is Official!

That's looking pretty good.

Love they decided to go with the remove able battery on this one unlike the G2.

I didn't see anything about if storage could be added via SD card unless I overlooked it?

Sounds almost tempting to drop my G2 for this when it goes live.

Edit, I did over look the SD option, very tempting now with the 2 features the G2 lacks.

Rob, Thanks for setting up this thread!

This just might end up being a replacement for my GS III. (Providing VZW carries it.)

I just can't deal with the size of these devices. But if the G3 had the removable battery/sd card features this has...Not sure why the pro always get these and the flagship phone doesn't.

What will this device start price will be and if T-Mobile get this will a low line carry such as VM or metro pcs get this maybe another car note or rent payment of 600.00 I think but its worth if the video and picture quality is good and not lagging

If it does have a sd card slot then it would be even more awesome.

This is the phone i will most likely get next, been waiting for it to come out .

I have been watching for a phone with a high end processor, removable battery and radios that do a good job pulling in the signals. Hopefully this phone meets those requirements, although I wish it weren't quite so big! Are there any smaller phones, non Samsung, that also meet these requirements?

I bought the Galaxy S4 several months ago, but I took it back after I discovered that it could not draw internet data at a key location where my old HTC Rezound, family members' iPhones and Motorolas all drew internet data just fine on the same Verizon network.

Anyone know of a non-contract price. I can't seem to find it or I'm blind.
seems like around the $675 mark for the 16 GB model.
please note the only model i currently see available right now is the "LG D838" version.

D838 i believe is the Asia version, so do be careful that the bands match your carriers!

my 2 main gripes about the LG G Pro 2:

1. the upgraded snapdragon 801 processor would've been much nicer, the same processor found in the G2 was a bit of a let down.

2. expandable store up to only 64 gb, and not 128 gb.

i say these are my main problems with the G Pro 2 because if you compare it with the other flagship phones released this year:

1. they have the snapdragon 801 processor
2. they have 128 gb of expandable storage.

its a shame cuz they ALMOST released the perfect phone for me.
with that being said, i'll still be looking to pick one up, but i don't think the radios will work with my network. :(

This smartphone looks great, specs are good for running some heavy applications, personally when ever I look for screen its 5.2 inch ideal for me, and any body how a large data, the option of micro SD attracts me a lot. The front camera is good , but the secondary camera is week...2.1 is not good....All in all its a good smartphone

it looks great! Now I have to wait for my current contract with ATT fullfilled before I can afford a new phone, sign...
