Because she outgrew them (and my wife says she is a size 10), a friend from church gave my wife a few pairs of used shorts.
After trying them all on, my wife said, "These are all too tight, they must be 10 Junior." (I just kind of gave a nod and an "uh, huh".) She also said, after repeating that later, "I guess maybe I could try and lose a little weight "
