Amazon is still saying my two should ship today (ordered on the 8th)... I hope I'm not my usual clumsy self until I get them...

But I'd rather have my phone and no case than a case and no phone!!! (at least until I drop the durn thing!) :D
 
64GB AT&T edition! Got it yesterday and still tweaking it here and there, but it's smooth and fast. And the best sounding (not to mention loudest) phone speakers I've EVER heard!

It's a beautiful thing! :beer:
 
Picked mine up today from AT&T and I'm loving it. First Android phone in since the Droid Eris. I imagine we'll see a lot of Apple Fanboy converts as a result of the HTC One.

I went from the samsung captivate (Galaxy 1 ?)( First Smart Phone)
to the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 4S.
This was the "One" phone worth switching back to Android for in my opinion. The Droid DNA was a close match but no way I'm switching to Verizon.
 
My and my fiancee's phones were the only two at the store we got ours from.. sorry Va Beach.. MUAHAHAHAHA

This phone is SWEET!

There is conflicting instructions from AT&T with regards to this.
If your a new customer obviously you need the sim.
If your an existing customer you take the sim from your old device.

I got an email when it was shipped with instructions that simply said to swap the sim.
The instructions in the box said to visit an activation URL that did not work for me.

When I called in the rep told me that the email instructions were correct since I was an existing customer and all I needed was to have my account provisioned for LTE.

YMMV.... if your new the activation URL is probably correct.
If your an existing customer swap the sim, per the rep.
If no LTE, call in and ask them to reprovision your account for LTE.
 
Got mine today at Best Buy Mobile. Had to return as the data wouldn't stay on.
Got a new one and so far its amazing.. cant wait to set this thing up.

Well I'm an existing account and they sent a new SIM (box was opened and sim already installed) and I had to activate over the phone because I Stole my wife's upgrade. ( Purchased phone under one line and activated phone on another :) I had 4G on my iPhone 4S
and the new Sim had 4G LTE already provisioned. I didn't understand getting the new Sim, when I could have easily used mine. It's all Good. I was just saying it's not uncommon for AT&T to open the box for you before shipment.
 
Got mine last night! Ditched the POS Galaxy S3....well, gave it to my son anyway, so he could ditch the iPhone....squeeze rolls downhill
 
Well, just contacted Newegg since they haven't e-mailed me or billed my bank account for the phone yet. This is the reply I got.

"Patrick : We apologize that we did not receive our shipment of Sprint HTC One Glacial Silver Smartphones Friday 4/19 as anticipated.
Patrick : We expect them early next week and will be shipping them to preorder customers immediately upon arrival in the order in which we received the orders.
Patrick : You will be notified via e-mail with the shipper's tracking number, once the package leaves our distribution center. "


So it seems that some distributors have not yet received their shipment.
 
Picked her up yesterday morning, only 32GB Silver was available. Still trying to get used to Sense 5, I've been using Galaxy S3 & Note/2 series.
 
Got mine 6am this morning from TMo. Funny, the telesales rep said no way until after the 24-apr but I told her to do the sat delivery anyway... sure enough, on my doorstep when i got up. this phone was worth the wait... dw is an iphone lover but playing with the One and getting hooked. indeed, the One worth waiting for.
 
BTW I hate all of you right now, jk.

I am the most impatient person ever and mine is being shipped USPS and I have no idea when it will be delivered. I really wish USPS would say on there tracking where it was currently or when it is suppose to be delivered. I am currently banking on it being here Monday.

Seriously though congrats to everyone who already has theirs and I sincerely hope everyone is enjoying theirs. I hope to keep mine for a few months. hehe
 
Mine officially says it will be delivered tomorrow now, so while I would have loved to have it on Friday or Saturday to play with on the weekend I am just glad I know I should have it tomorrow now.
 
Screw Best Buy!!!

Just had to change my order to store p/u after they couldn't tell me anything about my shipping status, wtf!! Now waiting on confirmation email to let me know I can go get it.

Hope to end the day on a high note. :smokingsomb:
