The real "Oreo" Evo

Well my sister got the white evo yesterday and I have a launch day black one. So I thought I'd swap the battery covers to see what they look like, since some people on this forum mentioned it as a solution to actually having to buy the white Evo


White Evo+black battery cover= Oreo

Black Evo+white battery cover= might as well just be a white evo

That actually looks really nice. I'd buy the black battery door for my white evo if they release them separately.

IMO: White EVO + Black Door > White EVO + White Door > Black EVO + Black Door > Black EVO + White Door

If my girlfriend got one and I asked her to let me put my battery cover on hers for some pictures, I think her eyes would roll right out of her head. Women ... just don't understand.

Since they made the insides red they should have made that middle section red also and used a black door. It really would have been a sporty look.

I just put back on my dark blue skin that I ordered from Unique skins. Looks very different, so I'm completely happy about it.

FYI - coveroo is supposed to be working on replacement EVO battery doors that can be customized, so be on the lookout for those.
