The sense gallery app is horrible imo

Is there a better gallery app than the stock one? I hate how it's kind of slow when flicking to the next picture.

I have the 3d gallery from flickie wallpapers, but it lags on loading pictures and it's not always fluid.

use Fresh and then use the Vanilla Gallery/Clock add-on through Fresh Updater. Search for it here, or on XDA.

Good option but I would be very interested in a non root solution.

What other apps have people tried? I tried "Multi touch gallery" which had decent functionality but unnecessarily started a service that did not automatically kill out. So I'm still lookin'.
