That could be something a less than scrupulous tattoo artist would write. I've seen westerners with Chinese character tattoos, and might not have a clue what's actually written on their bodies. Just remembered we did have a thread about it...

It goes both ways....English words will often be used just for decoration, maybe give a more international feel.

Makes no sense of course, but most customers in the local Dekelong supermarket can't read it anyway.
