I was there for five years. Always weird getting paid at 6 or 7 pm.
If you travel faster than the speed of light, you can get the hour back.

Well it is a US territory.
Once I win the lottery, stage a coup of a small island nation, you will be more than welcome to visit my utopia that thrives itself on education.
