Hello it's 6am ish. I'm lying in bed. And I wish the local elementary school would not play The East Is Red quite so loudly as I do have a bit of a hangover.

EDIT:

What I like about schools here, is that the middle schools will be playing things like Linkin Park, Coldplay or Britney Spears on their PA systems to wake everyone up. While the elementary schools are still very much doing the Chairman Mao and Cultural Revolution type things. The only thing they don't do is have them all waving little red books. Gives them a good indoctrination at an early age I suppose.

Got another week or so to go before I start.
Filling out paperwork tomorrow. Wife is at her cousins' wedding tonight in South Carolina (I couldn't make it). Baking some bread at home tomorrow though. Should be a busy weekend!

Their Ma Po Tofu is legit. Last time I got it it was pretty much too spicy eat.

My next door neighbor owns a Chinese restaurant, so all I have to do is call him when I'm in the mood for an msg overdose. It's a little too convenient sometimes.

We live far enough away from takeaways that they wont deliver to us which is a good thing as we only get take away on occasion.

The apartment we're currently living in is above a whole row of Chinese restaurants. As well as a pharmacy, a Mahjong parlour and a small supermarket.

Chicken is usually ok. Only time I get suspicious is KFC.
