We had Korean hot pot tofu in LA a couple weeks ago. So good. 
So not "Chinese donkey hamburger" then? Do you have that in LA or DC?

In Neinmeggu province they tend to eat it like it's beef.
Yup...that's what it is. One can't be fussy or vegetarian when being social in northern China.
It's like Louisiana, the food is great as long as you don't ask what you're eating.
