Okay, so it looks like everything's in place. I can also use the bones to make a good stock for the stew. Then I can add a few potatoes, fresh peas, carrots, onions, worcestershire sauce and a little salt and pepper to top it off.
Let it simmer in a crock pot for a while and serve it up with some cornbread. Oh boy, I can't wait!

Speaking of the undead, my network administrator gave me a pretty sweet vmware shirt. Some new product of theirs is zombie inspired... Can't think of the name of it right now... (and too lazy to find shirt )

Lol, unforgiven i just read your post! Yep i sampled a 'snack-a-rib' or two from that 'dish' in the pic you posted. A so moist and marinated i didnt realize i ate the bone too! Thinkn it was meats!
