Here this is "long" but its super easy. Just disregard the "right click and unmove" comments, when you move the images and that pop up comes up just select copy and replace all. That step is only if you are porting over from another device. Oh and also any renaming comments. Its long but like I said its supppppper easy and I tried to be as detailed as possible. Good luck!

Easiest way to start is to start porting things. "Porting" sounds difficult but really its not. Its easy as crap to tell you the truth. So all you need to start porting is 7zip. Thats it.
So what you want to do is take your apks for whatever sw version you want to make it for and put them in a folder. To do the actual UI of the phone you need SystemUi, Settings, Framework-res and RES-cappuccino apks. So put them all in one folder, then right click each one, select 7zip in the menu, then select "Extract files.."
Then take the apks from a theme you want and do the same in a different folder. So now you have 2 folders. One with the Esteems apks extracted and one with apks from a themeyou want to port to the esteem. (Note: Some phones dont have res-cappuccino apks, say the SII for instance has a framework-res and a twframework.apk, most the time the images that are in our res-cappuccino are in the system-ui apk for other phones. Kinda just gotta look for them.)
Alright now you have the 2 folders open both up in separate windows and put them side by side, so start off in the framework-res folders of the extracted apks, select the res folder then drawable-hpdi, thats where all the images are at. So open the same folders in each window.
Now select all the images in the theme you want to port, after you select them all go back thru the selected and make sure to unselect any xml, then drag them over to the Esteems folder. When you get the pop up of "Would you like to copy and replace blah blah blah" hit cancel. Now in the folder where you selected all the images, all the ones that didnt move will still be selected right click and copy. Then in the Esteems folder, right click and select undo move. Then right click again and select paste.Then youll get the copy and replace pop up again. Slect Copy and replace all.
Now do that for each one and itll be 90% complete. Now 99% of the time you have to look thru the theme you are porting and find all the 4G icons and rename them so they match the names of the 4g icons for the esteem. So find and rename all the 4g icons and copy and replace them to the esteems framework apk, but then copy them again and also copy and replace them in the esteems systemui apk too. Now you'll have to find and locate all the status bar toggles (sound,wifi,gps,etc etc) in the theme you are porting, theyre usually in the systemui of other phones, then open up the res-capp and rename the ones you are porting to the same name as the esteems then copy and replace. Theres portrait and landscape for each one too. Do all that and youre 98% done.
Now to put everything back in the apk, right click the apk selct 7zip then Open Archive, and double click the res folder then open the folder of the apk you extract and drag the drawable-hpdi folder into the Open Archive window so it replaces the original. Do that for each and then take each apk and put them in a zip (you can just grab one of mine just put them in the right folders and you can use Notepad++ to change what my updater scripts says when its flashing in cwr) Now flash it.
Now youre 99%, after you flash it check it out, somethings might be hard to see (like menus) because itll be a black background with black letters. You just gotta check it out find things not right and go back into th apks and track it down and fix it.
Get that done and bam youre done. Might sound a little difficult but easy as hell. I could probably do a whole them start to finish in and hour now or so. Do it once or twice and youll know exactly what you need to change. Theres a bunch of images that are in the apks that you dont even see nor notice. So you dont even have to change ALL the images.

Oh and PS dont change the connectivity icon in the settings apk. Every time I do it force closes the settings.apk (took me for ever to figure that out and pissed me off beyond belief )
