Try out this last.fm skin. As far as I know, the only way to skin actual apps is to install the modified apk.... Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway... uninstall your last.fm from the Market, then install this one.

Add the widget to your screen!

I have installed this theme but I don't have the same clock or bottom buttons as you how do I get it to do that. Do I have to do a wipe data and cache when I install the rom?

Download Launcher Pro from the market. Its free and you can customize all kinds of cool clocks and weather. This weather skin is called stickers.

I've had issues with most kernels before even making this theme. I have used kernels #1 and #2 with this theme and had no problems.

I'm installing 2.0 as we speak.

I know I've said this before, but awesome job. Something you may want to consider is packaging in the icons from the M_Blend blue icon pack on the market. Icon Pack - M_Blend-blue - Android app on AppBrain

They look awesome together. I'll post my home screen later on.

Does this one include the 3G/Wifi icons too?

Edit: I see you added a few more updates. Will I have any issues with updating if I've removed some of the stock HTC apps?
 
One other thing Cortland. v. 2.4 still doesn't appear to have all the icons (3G, etc). Not sure if that was intentional, or if I'm just having an issue on my phone.
