Here's a blue theme - Blue Marble - for the OE.
Flash in Recovery Mode - Install zip from sdcard.

For Leslie Ann's Harmonia ROM.

Only good for ROM version noted

Fixed For some reason the network icon does not change to the themes one. Not sure why.

Yep - Very close to the same as the BACKside version.
I updated the status bar text to blue and changed the icons with Ver1.
Not sure why the network icon does not change to the themes one....

The Elite's signal icons are named differently than usual.

The elites icons are named..

sprint_stat_sys_signal_0_white_cdma.png - White Icons, Not Synced
sprint_stat_sys_signal_0_green_cdma.png - Green Icons, Synced

There are 7 of each numbered 0 thru 6 for the different signal levels. Sprint Icons consist of 6 bars

The UOT themes are named...

stat_sys_signal_0.png - Not Synced
stat_sys_signal_0_fully.png - Synced

There are 5 of these numbered 0 thru 5 for the different signal values. Uot icons consist of 4 bar

So to make your theme work you need to rename the uot filenames to match the Elite's filenames. Since the uot themes are only 4 bars and the Elites are 6 you will need to duplicate 2 of the uot files to make up for the 2 missing icons
You need to end up with 7 files to make things work properly.

Or you can also pull the Elites icons from systemui.apk and edit them in Gimp to make them whatever color you want and then put them back into the apk

Uploaded theme with corrected signal icons.

FYI these do not appear to be the correct files:
sprint_stat_sys_r_signal_0_white_cdma.png - White Icons, Not Synced
sprint_stat_sys_r_signal_0_green_cdma.png - Green Icons, Synced

These made the change:
sprint_stat_sys_signal_0_white_cdma.png - White Icons, Not Synced
sprint_stat_sys_signal_0_green_cdma.png - Green Icons, Synced

You are correct... I goofed.. The ones I listed were the roaming icons which we don't use. I missed the r in the names.. Sorry and I have fixed my post.
