I flashed 1.5 again today and it took without boot looping. Here is the link for logcat. The only thing I noticed was the stock email wasn't there. No cache or Davlik wipe.

I flashed 2.0 and everything seemed to take, email is there but needed to be reset.

thanks, yeah i noticed the email issue in 1.0/.5 and it probabaly screwed stuff up...glad it works now, thanks for the logs
