There's no reason not to use the purple if you wanna. Themes literally take minutes to install and be up and runnings it a very quick and easy process once you are familiar with it. If you like purple at all, this theme, as it is now, is terrific

i decided to update matted blues instead...as i had to edit an app icon anyway and then just jumped all the way in...
