Root Theme problem, really need some help.

Ok so I got my EVO 4G flashed, and its set on the FINISHER rom. Its red, and changes the letters to a really weird blocky font on both display and on keyboard. I was wondering if anybody knew how to change it back to the sprint theme? The regular old, black and white theme with its little letters. Big thanks in advance for those of you who can help me in any way possible.

Did you make a nandroid backup prior to flashing the ROM you're currently on? If so just restore that backup and your phone will be how it was prior to you flashing.

If you didn't create a nandroid backup, I would suggest flashing a rooted stock ROM, or a ROM that's pretty close to stock. You can find a great one here:

HTC Supersonic/ROMs - XDA-Developers

Look in the "Stock ROM's" section and choose one with your Evo's build (ie: 3.70xxxxx).

I really would like to thank you, but I don't know anything about that kind of stuff... I know its rooted. and I've seen crunchy roll when i was looking through my phone once. I don't know if that means anything, Its flashed to metro, the guy gave it to me looking all red, and I said what did you do? he said "well thats how it looks when you flash it". and since I'm gullible, i went home. I did research and found out its some sort of theme rom or something, called the finisher. Now i'm trying to get it back to look like the way it was, without messing with the rooting or the flash stuff. I'ma noob. Let people know if they can help me out ): If I can't fix this, I'm just going back to the iphone 4.

I highly recommend you go read this post it will explain a lot and hopefully after you read it all you will understand what backups, flashing, and that good stuff means, as for now don't try to do anything that you don't know exactly what you are doing. Also a few things you could provide for us real quick is what ROM you are on to do this go to menu> settings> about phone> software info> build number. Also don't listen to anyone who is just being critical and not helping, but for future reference I would do any rooting/flashing on your own, I wouldn't let anyone touch my phone.
