Theme Question

On this image, the top is bubbly and green, how can I make mine like that or similar? The G1's interface is fine they way it is but green is my favorite color =D

I have not seen themes for the Android OS anywhere...it's funny cause "everyone" has a Blackberry and they trade themes all the time. I am sure themes are coming soon...but not yet.
 
In the interim if you don't want to root your phone you can use Wallr to autochange your background, which is a 1/2 measure. I am using that until themes become available for the masses.
 
Another possibly, I use an App called "aHome" which has themes, there are a couple other in the market as well ... I have not used them ... but i think a search on "home" will get them like "Open home"

and one that is more just a different window arrangement called "dxTop"
 
Open Home = awesome! The have themes and custom icon sets so you can customize all the apps you bought with new icons also.
