Credits to Plower for this theme. I ported it from Apex and cleaned up the images and optimized it. Hope y'all like it. Very few apps themed with this, but settings and gmail are. Its a great theme if you like the Neon Green Thing... I will include the Liberty Neon Icons/Wallpapers I've created for this as well in a separate zip. Credit to Prophecy23 for the dock he made it, I just modified the color to match.

Installation:
Copy zip to sdcard
Reboot into recovery
Select install zip from sdcard
Find zip file
Say yes to install
Watch progress

This is a screen from my actual phone... it will look exactly like this, but where you see red, it is Green on the RadioActive... seriously... everywhere RED is at you will see BRIGHT GREEN!!! Hope y'all like it... its my first port.

Here is FragDroidX's screen shot with it all looking like its supposed to... question guys... ? Did the default wallpaper come up as the Green one I edited... and the file from my other theme thread is outdated... I updated the one that is included in this thread hoping that it auto installs the correct wallpaper... its a learning curve for me as I'm doing this...

Dock looks a little pixelated in the large screenshots... its not once its installed, I'm guessing blown up on the screen on a computer makes it look like that...

The default wallpaper did not change from default. I had to change it to the previous image you posted.

Weird... I changed default_wallpaper.jpeg under drawable-hdpi to the edited green wallpaper I made... wonder why it won't install it as the default, anyone know?

I am having that issue too... I try to set a different wallpaper but it won't let me even pick a different wallpaper... =(

I'm talking about the default I set in the framework... it should come out with a green/black background... I have people saying its the original yellow/black one...
