Root Themers, HELP!

I just took two themes and unzipped them. Then I swapped A lot of images and notification bar. I think everything is fine except I can't turn the framework-res file back into .apk format. Can anyone show me the right direction to complete this? This is the file that needs to be unzipped and turned into .apk format


Edit: I managed to get it to .apk format but it still froze while installing. I'm just gonna try and do them in Ninjamorph

You can edit frameworks while it is still an apk. 7zip it and drag and drop image replacements from another theme. Make sure you have all the images and they have the correct names.

I found fabers how to and tried that with WinRAR (because I already had it installed) and it let me drag and drop but then it would freeze while installing. I downloaded 7zip but couldn't open it, it was very late, I'll try again while I'm still awake lol
