Root Themes?

So ive been searching for days on how to get the themes built into velocity applied, i kniw it has to do with scripts but idk what im doing, i switched from IOS to android so its all new. help plz?

Open the velocity toolkit app and choose terminal emulator. Type "velocity" without the quotes and follow the instructions. If the scripts have to update, just retype velocity when it's done. Themes are found under cosmetic changes.
