Apps There is an error parsing the package

I've created my first app in Unity 5.0, and built it with no errors. Then I downloaded it to my phone (S4) via USB and tried to install it. I've got the message " There is a problem parsing the package". I looked over the internet but got no answer whatsoever that helped me with this problem. I already cleaned the cache, the option non trusted sources and USB debugging is selected. The app doesn't have anything special but I still can't install it. Can anyone help me please?

Thanks for the Reply, but I believe that that is not my problem. On Android Studio I have the same API that is on my phone. 5.1.0 as well on the player settings. I've tried everything that there is on internet and yet still have the same problem.

I found an solution for my problem, in my case, the problem was the device drivers in the Device Manager in Windows. The problem was with the drivers for CDC_Serial and Samsung_Android.
