Help There is nothing under Access Point Names

I have an HTC Desire.
I just recently unlocked it from Orange Uk and I've started using a Virgin mobile sim card.
I went on the Virgin mobile website so I could set up the 3G and it told me to go under Access Point Names but there is nothing there!
So I can't set it up!

Try pressing the menu key when you are in the APNs menu, that may give you the option to add a new one (been so long since I had stock firmware that I can't really remember what options it had, but that works on my phone).
