Apparently no money was exchanged between Google and Nestle. It's mutually beneficial to both of them. Nestle gets free advertisement by having the Android version being called KitKat and Google gets free advertisement by having the green android on KitKat rappers. KitKat is also doing a giveaway where you can win a Nexus 7.

I *love* that KitKat page. It made me (literally not metaphorically) laugh out loud. There is probably no hope for me, but at least I will die happy :-)
