Root There's a Dev already working on JB sense 4.5 for our phone :D

Not to complain, but I think that dude has too many irons in the fire.

Jack of all trades, master of none kinda deal.
 
Tribal and turtle are good devs... give them a chance. Turtle just about has it booting. I for one am anxious to see sense 4.5.

It's an OTA update that contains the complete JB 4.1.1/Sense 4+ firmware and ROM for an HTC One S C2 (Ville C2) which has the same screen size and snapdragon s3 processor as the Evo 3D/V. The HTC JB updates before that one were for devices with larger screen sizes and s4 processors, including the Evo 4G LTE.

Soo that's mean we don't have to downgrade the hboot and from that update we get everything working or some things

No. That OTA update cannot be installed on the Evo 3D/V. It just makes it easier for developers to create a JB/Sense 4+ ROM for our device.
