theres another update 4.0.4?

If the imminent checkrom release turns out to have 4.0.3 I don't think I shall be installing it as you can almost guarantee a 4.0.4 version will not be too far behind.

Again +1

Whilst the shortcomings in ICS for the SGSII have only come to light on here in the last 3 weeks, since the official rollout, those of us with rooted handsets on the, "All Things Root", section of the forum have witnessed all the problems being encountered now since the first custom ROM's appeared 3 months ago.

This is why, in spite of having rooted handsets, a lot of us are still using Gingerbread instead of ICS.

Personally, I'm going to wait until Android 5.0.1 (Blueberry Muffin Meringue) gets released!
:D

Not a good idea.... you will be one of those having to deal with issues of the firmware just being released. Suggest you wait until 5.0.1 comes out, then use ICS :D

Or wait until 5.0.5 or so.... :p

as ironass mentioned, you had a firmware update. An update will always incorporate a new version of firmware, but less commonly have an Android version update also.

So did anyone Updated their phones to this LPS ? and i think its not 4.0.4 .. its just an update of 4.0.3..isnt it ? im not happy about LPQ by the way

Yes, thats just what we went through above...hence my picture...im on LPS firmware now, and its still 4.0.3. like ironass stated, was not an update for Android, but for the phones firmware itself.
