"These applications want access..."

All of a sudden in the last month I'm getting this message on my Rezound almost daily:

"These applications want access to your Google account from now on:

com.android.CSDFunctionG
Usage
Android System
System UI..."
and about a dozen other items

Is it safe to allow access? I don't understand why I'm getting this message all of a sudden. It does seem to coincide with a password change I made on my Google account, but no apps are having any trouble accessing my Google account, and app updates works fine. I keep having to select "No Thanks" (to prevent access) and it's getting annoying.

From what I can find, that is the GSD.apk, which is an HTC test/diagnostic application that you don't necessarily need.

So how do I stop the request from bugging me daily? My choices on the request are "No Thanks" and "Allow access". "No thanks" does nothing as the requests keep coming back.

I'd personally just allow access and see if that makes it go away. From what I can tell allowing it won't hurt anything
