Thin light case wanted

I am getting very frustrated trying to find a thin light case for my tf300. I bought a modern tablet and I don't want it looking like a pretend leather book, so I want something modern looking. A (black) thin plastic clip on back and a thin flexible plastic cover for the screen that can double up as a stand. Even better if there was a way to attach the keyboard without taking the whole thing off. I have recently bought a Poetic case which is the closest I can find to what I want, but it is still too thick, too heavy, and looks like I am carrying an old book rather than a modern tablet.

My wife has an ipad and she has a Griffin case that functions like I want my case to function. It ends up complimenting the pad and protecting it. Why can't us Asus users have something similar? Anybody seen anything that might work? Either in the UK (where I live) or the USA (where I often visit).

Many thanks for any suggestions in advance

I bought these. Buying the keyboard this weekend so I'll be getting a different case later this week that will hold the dock/keyboard.

Thanks to you both for your help

Nuffz, I checked that thread but most were as thick if not thicker than the poetic one I have just got. The Transleve from Asus looks good, but it provides no protection for the back of the case and has had very mixed reviews. I am looking for thin plastic snap on case for the back, with the transleve attached I suspect

Wetbiker. Again that sleve is thicker than what I have already got.

So my search goes on. The irony is that the makers of the new sleve I have bought (Poetic) make exactly the sleve I want for the ipad, but not the tf300.

I have yet to see a case as thin as the one your wife owns for her iPad. However, I own a Kays Case, which I personally feel is the best case out there for the TF300T in terms of durability, size, weight, and reliability. You can find them all over Amazon.
