quite a lot - N2 has s pen, its bigger. For some easier to use due to size. For others less so. Internet is awesome on N2.
S4 is LTE, has latest sammy software that integrates better with other sammy devices.
Its a bit nicer design.
A few gimmicky bits.
Future proofed I guess, depends on where sammy goes with future updates.
S4 will sell like hotcakes! CPW (UK) rang this morning to see if I want to order it lol

Phones 4 U emailed me too lol. Tbh I don't think there is enough on the S4, or any other phone for me to even think about an upgrade. My contract is up in July so if there is nothing to tempt me I might even wait until August/September to see what the Note 3 has to offer

I have a RAZR MAXX HD. I read all about the GS4 and decided to buy a Note 2 outright. I'm saving my upgrade to see what the Note 3, Moto X or next Nexus device brings.
If I had to use the upgrade, I'd wait till fall. Getting a 720 screen now and being stuck with it for 2 years may not be worth it. All the new flagship phones are 1080.

I got my Note 2 today. It's nice. The screen is much better than the RAZR HD/Galaxy S3...no PenTile is wonderful.
Signal is good so far, no word on battery yet.
I don't like the TouchWiz skin, the colors of Samsung's UI are really bland and unappealing. I much prefer the Motorola Skin or even the HTC skin over TouchWiz.
I definitely don't like the notification tray lag or lockscreen unlock lag.
So far so good.
