The other night found the wife and I dinning at my favorite restaurant. I've frequented that restaurant for over fifty years. The owner came to our table and we started laughing as we recalled the old days when he was bussing tables for his parents and how little the food cost back then. Later he asked if I had retired yet. I told him no, that I enjoyed working, and had no plans to retire. He then told me he was looking forward to retiring and had less than three years until he was 65. Man.. that just doesn't seem possible. I still think of him as that little kid busting his buns in his parents Restaurant.
