Things to do FIRST

Just kinda add to the list...or make suggestions on what I can do based on my list!

I kinda screwed up on the Incredible by having multiple accounts here and there. I think I have 3 appbrain/market accounts so I'm always getting updates for different email accounts...I have to gather up the apps I want into one main account!

I have to shut off 4G. No service in my area.

Task killer? Needed? Not Needed?

Be careful with the memory card! I snapped mine in 2 awhile back and have had limited memory since..although enough that I didn't need to buy another card.

'Call Confirm'? Is the touchscreen as sensitive as the Incredible? Am I going to call people I don't wanna on accident?

'Lookout'. Probably one of the first things I want to add to the phone?

Thats about all I got...any other suggestions?

No on the Task Killer. There is actually one built in to this phone. However i would only use it to kill any app that may have went into crazy mode.

I just left the Incredible too. What a wonderful ride!! My problem is that I duplicated my DINC setup onto my Rezound! I guess I ought to see what's new out there, but I spent the last 18 months tweaking the setup, widegets, etc to be JUST EXACTLY the way I want them.

Anyway, here's some othe rthings to consider...

It comes with a 16G memory card already, by the way.
Definitely get Lookout.
Keep your DINC as a backup in the event something bad happens to the Rezound
Flashlight app is not standard like the DINC - get one from the market place
Move your pics/videos/ringtones from the Dinc by the way.

There's a ton of other things, but enjoy the process of starting over!

Good idea to hang on to your (old phone) DINC until you're sure the Rezound won't need to be returned.

What is Lookout?

I'm hoping that we get perm root including S-Off quickly. If I'm gonna join the movement I need Root!!
