Think I've Lost Root?

Android Version: 2.3.6
Baseband: I9100XXKI3
Kernal: 2.6.35.14-Siyah-v2.6.13+gm@gm-mint#66
Build: CheckROM RevoHD V6

Lately I noticed I was getting ad pop ups and checked to see if adFree was working but couldn't update it. Titanium wouldn't open and now I can't reboot into recovery or open CWM. I've ran Root Check and it just hangs and hangs and says my system is running slow.

I've no idea what's happened to it. Is there a way I can re-root or is this dangerous because of my kernel?

Just reroot using cfroot then reflash siyah after.

Ok thanks shotgun, was just apprehensive if it would brick. Had to reflash the rom again as rerooting didn't work. All good now.
