Root Thinking About Flashing, What should I do B4?

Just copy your entire SD to a folder on the PC, then copy everything to the new card. Everything will fall right back into place.

Just be warned: a 32GB card works great for apps, but you'll have a time making backups as I find that ClockworkMod chokes on that much memory, and backups will fail 2 out of 3 attempts. It's do-able, just takes a little more patience.

So you're saying that less memory is better for flashing w/ ROM Manager? I was thinking of getting a 16 gb anyway, would that work fine? Thanks!

ROM Manager is in the market. Once you're rooted, you'll want to flash ClockworkMod recovery, then scroll down and flash "Alternate Recovery" (SPRecovery) and then flash ClockworkMod Recovery AGAIN. That should stick. You can access that recovery with x+power with the Droid turned off. :)

When I clicked on alternate recovery the little download bar started up but now its beenn sitting in the same spot for a good 7 mins. What should I do?
