Thinking of leaving Sprint?

Yep the more phones you have the better it is to go post pay.
So far I'm lovin LG Optimus on the virgin mobile and $25 a month. If this keeps up I'm paying my ETF and saying good bye to sprint.

I didn't notice any difference between 4g and 3g using it as a hotspot for my iPad all day.

That's still a pretty significant difference when you are taking five lines into consideration. I am not sure how I pulled it off, but I actually have seven lines on one plan. :)

Yeah, its still cheaper. But it used to be A LOT less. Consider this.

You have seven lines. How much are you paying per additional line? ($20). Each time you have to activate a new smartphone, your plan will go up $10, thats an additional $70!

I am probably going to do the same thing as RoboMonkey. Virgin Mobile

I am surprised they even have Wifi on the Virgin Optimus.

Jen is right and although I am rooted with a custom ROM my husband has stock and it still works with the new update.

Thats good to know about the Optimus. Bummer on my EVO not having the hotspot without root.

I dont really take my IPad out of the house.... so I havent seen much need for hotspot.

Well I did it. I have shut down my EVO and moved my # to Virgin Mobile.
After a week of using the LG Optimus V I never had the need to pick up the EVO.

That's $600 back in my pocket a year. I do not know how much the ETF will be it's not showing up on my account (since I just did it). Now if I could only get my wife to give up her Samsung. :)

Update:
My ETF was $180
