Help This device is not snc capable

I have a brand new commando gz'one (4g). Calls and internet work on the phone, but when attempting to add email, I get the above error. It does allow me to continue, but I am not successful in adding my corporate email account.
Verizon sent me a replacement gz'one, but am having the exact same issue with it.
Any ideas? I choose add acount, email and that's when the error pops up.

Use a dedicated app like yahoo or gmail. I had the same problem and the verizon rep that was helping me set it up acknowledged it was an issue with the phone.

Figured out what was going on. It was a certificate issue to do with the domain. This phone doesn't warn of a certificate issue, it just says your log-in credentials are invalid (when they aren't).
