This is ridiculous.

At first, my NEW Samsung Android Tablet wasn't charging. It would have two bars then cut off. When I tried to turn it on, it would turn on and have an X over the battery. So today, it did the same thing. Except now, it's not even turning on. I mean this is ridiculous we're in November and I opened the brand new box in June. No scratches no cracks. Please help. I need this to work!
