This phone is 3D??

This Phone is the HTC Evo 3D, so yes it is 3D.

Chipset Qualcomm MSM8660
CPU Dual-core 1.2 GHz
GPU Adreno 220
Sensors Accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass

Jelly Bean MIGHT happen in 8 months. But most likely nothing from HTC. A lot of guys on XDA are working on Evo 3D Roms. Someone would need to port it to the V.
 
Yes, it's just a renamed evo 3d, it's the same exact phone.

Cm10 is in development with a lot working already, with cm9 down to just a small few bugs (mms doesn't work)

Don't expect a jellybean update from virgin you will be waiting until the end of time.
 
The screen isn't in "3D" mode,3D works in some games,pictures,and videos BUT there a app that makes it so it can be like the Nintendo with 3D on everything with this app,

Don't pay 300 dollars if walmart has it at that, you can get it for 229 on Virgin Mobile Site and some other places
 
Yeah definitely check out Virgin or Radio Shack first, they both have the phone on sale right now. I personally would use RS just in case you have any problems.

That would be the phone in question. Aswell are there any Jelly Bean Roms for it? Virgin isn't too clear on the specs so what are they?(Like processor speed, single or dual core, GPU etc.)

My understanding is that the 3d is the exact same as the 3DS (just what i have heard).

Keep in mind, it only really works on pictures and movies unless you run a patch, and even then, you really still need the supporting software. Don't buy it for 3d, there isn't much support for it.

It;s a good phone, great if you do the "fix everything".
