Help "This video cannot be played"

It looks like whatever service this phone needs to play back videos crashes frequently and needs to be rebooted anytime I get the error "this video cannot be played." Does anyone have a work around for that?

Funny you post this, I just got me dc yesterday and dumped some videos on it and had same problem with one, not sure why, it plays on ipad2, but it was 1080p, wondering if dc has issues with high Rez video? I saw a post on some other web site that the dc does have issues with video files larger than 2gb.

Oh I'm not talking large video files. I have the issue even with small, under 100MB videos I've taken on other phones. They all play fine after I reboot if I get the error message, it's just very annoying.
EDIT: Just uninstall twitter.
