Those extra emoticons

Newbie
I love the extra emoticons, (left hand side of the space bar after you select Sym), but they're of no use if my friends and family don't have them. Anyone have any ideas how I could install them on my wife's Galaxy S3?
 
Sorry, no specific answer, but it seems to be hit or miss with
what phone uses them.
I think may of the newest ones are good to go.
My son's iPhone 5s and Note 2 both send and receive the new extra emoticons.
