Help Three Mobile 2.2 Desire Root

[krishen86]

Apologies in advance for making this such a self serving topic, however, I have googled high and low with no luck.

Has anyone successfully rooted a branded* a 2.2 updated HTC Desire on Three mobile?

I tried last weekend, but it didn't work, just wanted to try and gather some more information before I try it again.

Thanks in advance.

* I think mine is, the firmware has 771 in it.

Pop over to the rooting forum and let us know what errors you're getting. Can't really help without more info, but yes it should be rootable.

Need to know:

The errors in Unrevoked you are getting
Software version of your phone
Any other modifications made to your phone

Ah, I didn't even realise there was a folder for 'all things root'.

I'll start a new topic in there, if any moderators are reading this, feel free to delete.
