Help (Three) mobile data cuts out during use EVERY time

I'm on Three but I don't think that's the issue.

Since the last big update (which I guess what KitKat, ages ago) i've had endless issues using my data.

When I try and use my data out and about (phone calls, text messages to a lesser extent and of course browsing t'internet), I will be allowed to maybe load one page or 15 seconds of a phone call before it cuts to the circle with a line through it saying no service. When I stop, it'll come back eventually and then just die again.

It happens everywhere, used it all over Midlands & NW England. I've got auto-update on so i'm up-to-date with the OS, wifi is absolutely fine, not ever had an issue there, GPS works fine, no other phone issues to speak of.

Help.

(reset the phone, changed the sim card & tried in another phone... can't see any issues there)

All I can suggest is a refresh mate as it sounds like a modem problem. If you're not tech savvy a Samsung repair center would probably do it. Doesn't take long
Think it wipes the phone though(?)

Yeah i've done a full reset myself but someone said something about wiping the previous OS and starting a-fresh. I was trying to avoid sending it away but if you guys think that's best then i'll follow.
