Three week old S2 corrupted OS

So out of the blue my three week old GS2 started having connectivity problems yesterday with wireless and data. At&T tech support eventually advised a factory reset. Did so, but now the phone wont sync with android market and all my apps. It does sync with all my other Google stuff, just no market. Tried everything.

Eventually called Samsung and they couldn't figure it out either and wanted me to send in the phone so they can flash a new OS. I have 1 day left on my return window so I am going to the AT&T store after work and exchanging for a new phone instead.

I have been loving this phone until yesterday. If the store cant get it working and syncing with market with a new phone this afternoon I am returning everything. Hopefully they can make it work.

Well, thanks for looking! The whole process was rather frustrating due to "tech support" not knowing anymore than I did. The Samsung people were much better but they were still reading from a script. I have the new phone and everything is back to normal. I just hope its not an issue that I have to deal with again. I haven't rooted this phone yet so restoring all your apps and preferences is more tedious than the three mouse clicks it take with an iPhone.
