Hi All, I am new to this forum. I have been following the development of the adam from Notion Ink for well over a year, but have not been ready to lay down $500 for a unit not completed. Was primarily interested in the pixel qi screen for reading out doors. The Thrive looks like a great alternative. New to Android, currently using a Cruz Reader.

I am retired and live full-time in a 5th wheel RV. Mostly spending summers in Bernardston, MA (near Greenfield) and winters in Kissimmee, FL (near Orlando).

Hi,
I just got joined here while ago. Sorry.

Yes, I heard about the "pre-order" for the Thrive....on June 13th. But I could like ask you few questions before I decide to order it or not?

- I looked at Toshiba Apps Store....not much...I knew that it is just begin, right?

- I was wonder if do they have the closed-caption for the tv?

- Do they have a ebooks, manga, and newspapers?

- Do they have a Facetime...I mean the deaf/hearing-impaired commuicate with relay service and etc....?

Sorry about this...

Thank you,

Deafbear
