Well I called Verizon about this. To say the least I got the run around. They first said it was my computer. But when I told them it didn't matter what computer I was on. They then said it was because the phone is recognized as a device in the computer not a drive. I don't think they know crap. Plus, I thought they had to fill out a incident report or something like that.
