I just set up my Thunderbolt with TuneSync so I could play my Itunes music on it. I followed all directions and it seemed to download everything I asked it to from computer to phone( music library, playlist, etc.) took along time but know it went somewhere I watched songs downloading !! eventually said sync was complete however when I went to open a playlist it tells me "no music found" and says same for everything. I'm so frustrated.... any help please.
