Actually Google Nav has added caching, it's not an HTC thing.

Ha, anyone else looking forward to driving while on a video chat? Somehow i imagine that causing some issues...Aka death and destruction!

Never mind. I didn't push down hard enough on the USB side. You have to really click it down there. Makes it hard to get the phone out, but the cardock app is pretty cool.
 
Where did you find this dock? I'm looking at Verizon's online store and can't seem to find it. The only one that fits the Thunderbolt doesn't activate the car dock mode and makes plugging in a charger a pain.
