Root ti backup restore

Just wondering wat option people use when restoring after new rom ov heard restoring apps and data it can cause problems?
 
Same as Dan, not had any issues. Done it about 5 times in the last week alone :D

Going to stay where I am for now and give GV a fair crack trial.
 
Cool ye that wat i do just wondered if ther was any other choices but majority speaks for itself mike are u a flashaholic
 
No, just been switching back and forth between DeFrost & GV.

Going to stick with GV for a bit longer this time, now I have it set up the way I want it.
 
I use Auto Restore TB Settings, does everything automatically. Google is also set to restore wifi password, so there's not even a need to fiddle with that.
 
My freind is havin a problem with ti backup when he try to restore apps with data it stops restoring them after about 3 apps any ideas? Mines wrks fine
