Root Tibu without market?

[twistedlim]

It there a way to have titanium backup restore to your apps when you first install a rom and open via the 4 corner click? I want to have access to titanium backup without going to the market and installing other programs.

Thanks

Yes! With TiBu running, hit the menu button then press the "more" tab. There is an option that says "Create 'update.zip'"...

This will create a TiBu program backup on your SD card. Put it on the same SD as your backed up data (obviously). Once installing a new ROM, you can then install the TiBu zip via clockworkmod or sprecovery. That gives you the TiBu app back on the phone, which will then let you restore your backed up apps without going to the market. Neall
